VACHERON CONSTANTIN n.Y. FLAGSHIP - the WATCHMAKING BENCH

Located between Madison and Park Avenue, the new Vacheron Constantin Flagship spans over 4,500 square feet and covers two floors. A distinctive glass façade opens directly onto 57th Street inviting collectors and visitors into a harmonious old-meets-new environment fitting the spirit of Vacheron Constantin’s contemporary watchmaking. The second floor opens to an expansive watchmaking bench intended to encourage interaction with an in-house watchmaker as well as a unique custom strap station presenting both engraving and embossing customization options.

Studio HOMEWERK was commissioned to design/decorate 3 wall niches for the watchmaker space. These have a purely graphic decoration role, but also a didactic one to inform customers about the different possibilities of personalizing their watches.

We were also asked to set out the colours in the coporate pattern-braid containing the Maltese Cross, the brand's strong symbol.
