CHOPARD CHINESE NEW YEAR 2024 ILLUSTRATION - THE SNAKE

Among the various projects I’ve had the pleasure of working on for the prestigious maison CHOPARD, the annual commission to illustrate their Chinese New Year decorations stands out as both a creative challenge and a cultural deep dive. Each year’s zodiac symbol brings a new story to tell—here, the Snake. This illustration is the result of a close and thoughtful collaboration with the client, involving in-depth discussions, a curated moodboard phase, multiple concept proposals, and several rounds of refinements. The final artwork is a shared achievement, approved by both the brand's leadership and its Chinese market stakeholders.
